Redeveloping our apartment communities gives us the flexibility that does not come with ground-up developments. We can respond quickly to market conditions by increasing or decreasing volume according to demand, and we take advantage of repurposing our buildings – using existing infrastructure and promoting a more sustainable living environment. At the core of our corporate mission we are dedicated “to consistently provide quality apartment homes in a respectful environment.” Our redevelopment efforts allow us to do just that, and help us to focus on delivering a high-quality and updated product that builds credibility and goodwill with our residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

Palazzo West Apartment Homes
The Palazzo West, located in Los Angeles’ popular Mid-Wilshire District, is steps from The Grove Shopping Mall, premier dining, shopping and entertainment. It offers easy access to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Century City, Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
