At Aimco, we value service to others. It’s one reason we encourage our teammates across the country to become involved in service projects and activities that matter most to them. Aimco established the Aimco Cares program almost twenty years ago to serve our teams, their families, and our local communities.

Aimco Cares also helps our teammates turn their passion for community service into action through 15 paid hours annually to apply to volunteer activities of their choosing.
